Well, moving the battery took my almost the whole day to do lol. I was taking my time so I don't fuck anything up. K, here are some pics I took:

Ran new wire through the grommet behind the fender/door. I seen a couple run their wires from the heater hose area, but I didn't want to use too much wire, so I ran the wire through that grommet that goes behind the fuse box. A good location to run the power wire:

Middle of fender:

Going through a hole where the battery used to be:

Using a distributor block to run the alternator, starter, and fuse box. On the fuse box, I placed in a new wire since the old one wasn't long enough:

I also installed a circuit breaker for the battery behind the seat:

Then I bolted down the battery box on the driver side of the trunk. I used a battery holder to hold it down so it doesn't move around, and new terminals installed:

Fuse box for the amp installed on the side of the battery box:

And my finished project. Can't really tell if there's any wires hanging out :

Oh ya, I also received my window visor when working on my car. It was so easy to install:

Yes, I do have my OEM rim on cause my other rim had thread coming out. I need a wheel alignment.

So what you guys think? Be gentle .

..........

Let me summarize the posts of the ensuing thread:

The crowd: Awesome mod, why'd you do it? What purpose does it serve? Sorry about the rim, it looks bad without it, we feel for ya man.

Lazy: I don't know, I like being different. I've been planning on it for a while. And yeah, I know the missing rim sucks...

Goatman: That'd be AWESOME for giving or getting a jump, makes it a lot easier, especially if you keep cables in your trunk.

Crowd: yeah, but you gotta watch out for fumes, they'll kill you

Other crowd member: No they won't. They're kinda explosive, but it's neglegable, and will not likely make it o the cab.

Person 1: You're wrong.

Person 2: No, he's not. Batteries only produce fumes when charging, and it's only hydrogen gas which mixes with oxygen very, very easily.

Person 3: Yeah, but...... explosions!

Lazy: It's alright, guys. I'll be fine, I promise.

Maybe not 100% accurate, but yeah, close enough IMO.

Great job Sam, But I think you need to do it all over again...
j/k, but to be honest I think it would have been better if you placed the battery on the passenger side, weight distribution .

Aww... I knew I forgot something. The whole weight distribution argument.
