Default worn door hinges

My drivers side front door has a slight sag to it...it sticks when u try to open it... it appears the top hinges is the culprint. Acura wants 85 per hinge. Has anyone else had these problem... it makes sense being the car is 16 years old and that's the most commonly used door. Should i replace both hinges.. its driving me nuts. I don't see any rebuild kits out there for the bushings and haven't found much on it from searching... i know there has to be others with this problem.

Its probably not the hinge, tho its possible. Its usually the little middle piece that breaks around the metal.. I forget what it is called.

The pin is what goes bad. I think they're interchangeable between all the doors so if there's a JY near you, you could take the hinges off one of the back doors, pop the pin out and put in your front door.

Ill have to look into the pins......yeah that black thing in the middle that slides in and out is what keeps the door from slamming shut on you. That's bad to..lol I've had my door swing shut on my shin quite a few times. I think i need to replace all it. Doesn't help that these cars have some heavy ass doors...but than again its a luxury car and that weight is what gives it that solid feel

I just changed my detent rod, it causes the door to pop when opening/closing and it won't stay open.

That part has nothing to do with sagging.
