This is a good Idea, however, i wonder how much "exercise" the forum would get...

Health? Fitness? All I've been doing is breathing periodically and eating when i can, and I'm doing just fine.

Well I did once go for a 2 block run when I bought some new sneakers which happened to be running shoes. That run quickly turned into a jog... which turned into a walk... which almost turned into an "I've fallen and can't get up". Never again lol.

Next time I run will be because someone/something is chasing me.

Im into health an fitness and would like a section for it.
Ive taking some supplements here and there so i know some things about whats on the shelves and whats not.

Food-wise .. theres alot of different ways to go but could use more info im sure.

I know there are a handful of health conscious individuals on here; myself included!

LOL check both my avatar and sig pix


I'll share my weekly physical activities; mind you that I'm in my mid 40's

W/F/Sat......... 90 minutes of intense cardio kickboxing in the gym
Tuesday......... 3 hours of mountain biking
Thursday........ 10K run in the morning
Sun/M............ recovery period


As for eating habit is concern...
- NO food intake after 9pm
- lots of fresh fruits
- lots of vegetables
- drink ONLY water

I've found that something as simple as walking can keep you slim and trim. Walking isn't doesn't exercise the heart or muscles as intensely as a real workout, but you can burn calories and get those muscles and heart into some kind of shape before you start going all out. It's also pretty relaxing to go for a walk with your headphones at a park or place with some nice scenery.

My diet is horrible and yet I'm skinny and stay that way. Partly because I'm young with a good metabolism and partly because I do get enough exercise to stay healthy.
