Default lucky to find a very low mileage acura legend LS, 34k

my journey of Acura Legend begins when one of my friend bought it back in 2006, when he took me for a ride, I immediately realize that there is something special about this car, the interior was luxury, stylish look, Bose sound system and the ride was just smooth, I didnít realize back then but I was deeply in love with this car.
I was a Masters student back then and didnít have the resources to own one, plus education/job/ and misc life things took priority.
In 2007 I moved to bay area and got a job in one of the IT company and then life gets busy, when I logged back in 2018 I realize it has been 10+ years since I check acura-legend.com.

For 10+ years I have been searching on/off, but most of the Legends I could find have been beatup with high mileage, but I didnít lost hope and kept searching for The ONE. Also during this time I moved to dallas from bay area in 2016 and life continues...

It was in july 2018 that something unusual pop up on CL, a 1993 acura legend LS, one owner with only 34k miles (not '1'34k), was I dreaming !

I immediatley text the owner and request for some engine bay pic, looking at these pics I realize that this is something special. Talk to owner and make sure the car is legit. It was located in portland, I bought the ticket and headed over to portland to see the car.

The mint condition of the car surprised me and It was real in front of my eyes with no mechanical or engine issues, It was just not driven for the
last 25 years of its life and being owned by a old lady it was not modified in any form, each and every thing on this car was genuine just as it came brand new in 1993.

Went to the bank, did paper work, paid cash to the owner and I owned my dream car in almost brand new condition, my patience paid off.

I took the car to the dealer for inspection and to get the oil change, and decided to drive it down to CA(bay area) to get it parked in one of my
friends house and from there I could take the flight back to dallas, I didnít wanít to drive it all the way to dallas due to time crunch and some work commitment so I have to be in dallas by sunday.

Here is the time line:

** arrive at portland airport around 1pm on july6, 2018
** owner house was near to airport so got there by uber and got the car keys at 2:45pm
** went to shell gas station 3:12pm
** went to acura dealer where this car was regularly service for the last 25 yrs

After getting done from the Acura dealer, a (800miles )journey begins from portland to CA. journey that took me back to the golden era of the 90ís.

I was worried a little bit what if the car breakdown and also my service advisor told me that there is fire going on at the CA-portland border so we check and it was clear last night, it was a big relief for me.

some random pictures along the way below, everytime I stopover, I open the hood to check for any leaks or unusual symptoms but the
legend kept it promise and safely transported me from portland to CA within 24 hours.

I can bet that this was the longest trip she took in 25 yrs, it was a great feeling that you can just put your trust on these cars and they will not
let you down.
