Default New to this - 90 Legend L\LS

Hey guys,

I'm a long time fan of Acura Legends, I've owned 3 so far, 2 of which I still currently own and 1 I'm trying to sell. I don't know what it is about this car, but it puts a stupid smile on my face every time I'm in it. I drive a lot of brand new rental cars when traveling for work and I'm always so happy to come back to my ol reliables.

My first Acura Legend is an automatic with about 130k on it. Did minor work and it drives fantastic. A small issue with starting when it's really hot out, maybe just a fuel relay I think. I've just installed a cheap but nice stereo in this beater, and now the joy of driving this one has doubled. This is my Bronx car because I don't car who dings it. Liberating really.

My second Acura Legend is a 5 speed LS coupe in impeccable condition. I purchased it almost accidentally because I never saw one so nice before. the thing purrs like a kitten and really does feel brand new. The Bose radio doesn't work, which seems very common from what I read. So I leave a Legend with an incredible sound system to go into one without any. Sadly, I don't think I'll show it the proper love and attention so I'm trying to sell it. Actually, I attempted to post a thread in the for sale section but am unable to. Figured someone can point me in the right direction on that possibly.

My third car is a Subaru WRX 2012, ton of fun to drive as well. The speed and handling make up for the tin sound of the body and lack of amenities. To think the Acura has more features and it's 24 years older is silly but it was top of the line for its day. Either way, the dubya has been a beast on the road and gives me the chance to have fun like I can't in the Acura.

I also owned an 89 coupe about 8 years ago. Funny thing is, all 3 have had things break or stop working in an identical manner. I think we're all familiar with the ABS problem on this puppy. Either way, it's nice to help and share thoughts and stories with fellow enthusiasts. Good to know people still appreciate a solidly built car.

Yes, I guess your 90 Coupe is on Craigslist right now. Nice looking coupe.

Any information on its service history?

I'm located in Yonkers, NY. Not sure if I want to sell it unless I get a ridiculous price. As I've said, I've never once found one in such a pristine condition and I'm convinced I never will.

As for the previous comment, no service history was given to me and a Carfax report came back with gaps in service which must mean it was done by a private shop since belts, hoses and so on, all seem new.

Part of me feels like putting it up for 10k since I know it won't sell. It means I get to keep it and if someone is willing to pay that much, then I won't hate myself in 15 years for not having it.
