my CL slide wehre fine, but i've seen more then a few legends with stuck REAR slides too, and our rears aren't screw type calipers. i found brackets, brand new for $10 each plus $10 for a set of pins. gonna have the slides tuesday morning, we'll see about the brackets.

The picture of the caliper right above the one with the CL is a screw caliper... It has the "+" where you take a screw driver and turn the caliper pistion.

EDIT:
I see what you were saying, forget above..

What I saying in my post.. it seems to happen MORE with those screw calipers then non.

yea. but even still. i noticed both slides that where stuck had some tears in the boots. imho that's the cause 100% of the stuck slide. (on the lude atlest)

What the hell is up with the valve cover gaskets being replace twice within 2 years? and. the clock?

ticket said the clock wasn't working.

as for the valve cover gasket (which has a slight leak in the back of it right now too), it looks like it was done 4 times in 2 years. and i'm gonna do it soon again and hopefully fix it right.
