These are the simple supplies I used: ![]() (rubbing alcohol to clean the corners, a foam brush I cut up to fit the bottle of paint, and a bottle of tamiya transparent orange paint that i got at my local hobby shop.) Step 1: Remove and clean the corners with the rubbing alcohol. This should be easy enough without a picture. Cut foam brush to fit the bottle of tamiya paint, or you can just pour the paint into something else easier to work with. Step 2: Place the cleaned corners infront of you and open the bottle of paint. Dip the foam brush into it and apply the paint onto the corner in a horizontal motion. One slow and careful sweep is good enough. Try not to overlap the paint when you sweep the coat underneath the first coat of paint. After applying the first coat to the entire corner, it should look like this: ![]() Here is the first coat on compared to the original corner: ![]() Step 3: Place the corner in front of a heater or let it dry for a few minutes before applying second coat. This would be the perfect time to do the other corner. Step 4: With the corners not fully wet anymore, its time to apply the second coat. Repeat steps 2 and 3 for the second coat. It should look like this: ![]() Step 5: Repeat steps 2 and 3 until you have reached the 4th or 5th coat (or until desired darkness of the amber). After 3 coats: ![]() After 5 coats: ![]() Step 6: Let it dry for a few hours or overnight and reinstall it onto your car. You can wet sand lightly with 2000 grit sandpaper if you are not happy with the texture of the corners. Mine don't look that great, but its good enough. I want to replace mine in the future since my current ones are cracked from age. Heres a few pics of how mine look the morning after I finished them: ![]() ![]()
