Hey Alan - the salvaged oem fender liner for passenger side that I got from you fits great!
"" right back at you.

I think the bumper fits better this time. It's still a less than $100 aftermarket new bumper. My guy asked me for $50 but since I had only 20's I gave him $60 for his trouble.

Had it fixed for a total of $100 (including Alan's fender liner), picked it up last night.

Ken - knew I could count on you to continue this thread.

Too bad I didn't start this "Can't catch a break...." way back in the '90's when it really started.

However I wouldn't mind it if this post is the last one!

Default I was hoping to retire this thread……

Something happened this past Sunday, May 8 – Happy Mother’s Day!

I’ve been kind of preoccupied this past week. Between work, my dad having an operation early last week, his 96th or 97th (depending on whose records) birthday tomorrow (May 15), and a number of other things (including our son’s upcoming wedding), my trying to recover from being “hung over” from the work week, my late start today, errands to do, and my going out to L.I. with our daughter today to celebrate his birthday with my mom (91) and some other family members, not to say the usual issues/problems some of us may have when you have parents this age who still live in their own home (the home I grew up in since I was 3 years old)……

Look how clean the pavement on the driveway is, the spot where the sedan has been parked for over 4 years since I got the coupe until last Sunday, May 8th (I know my signature image is opposite but that picture was taken right before I switched positions in order to garage the coupe). Picture taken today right before I got the lawnmower out of the garage and got to work trying to forget my misery.

Sad isn't it how clean and free of stains from all kinds of liquids that could have been dripping.....

Oh no. Could that street repaving project have something to do with the sedan not being in it's usual parking spot? Could a raised structure or the pavement bump have caused a problem? You have not stated you are looking for repair parts - that's a bad sign.
