Default 18x7.5 Katana Inspire Wheels & Tires

Musical chairs... er... wheels.

Time to let these go since I'm on TSX's now.

Katana Inspire (now discontinued) - finish is a dark silver or almost gunmetal
Specs: 18x7.5; not sure on offset
  • One wheel is in perfect shape.
  • Two of them have very light curbing in one place.
  • One has moderate rash around most of the wheel.
No bends. They are balanced with weights on the insides and drive straight and true.

Tires all match. They are Kumho Ecsta ASX 225/40/18 but will need to be replaced. It has become very evident that my car wears tires on the inside like CRAZY. One of these tires is showing the cord. You could probably roll around on them for a little while but I wouldn't recommend it.

They require tuner / spline drive lug nuts (INCLUDED along with the key).

They will also require hubcentric rings. I used a set that came with my Racing Harts but not sure where you could get them.

I wanted to put these on my sedan for pics (and I still may) but just haven't had the time. Here is a pic on the KA8.

And on the previous owner's GS.

More pics...

Looking to get as close to $500 as I can get. Local (i.e. CA/AZ/NV/UT/NM) preferred because shipping will be spendy. Anybody want to have me deliver these to them at NALM?

great looking wheels, I've always like these...especially now that I see how they look on a sedan.

LoL that is funny that is my sedan now Tyson. I purchased it from Asanga back in May. I can't touch these wheels at the moment. If you haven't sold them in a few weeks I will contact you.

I was wondering what happened with his car. I drove it around the block in Palm Springs while he had it on Ebay. If I hadn't stepped outside to look at the back end of the car, I would have thought it was 100% perfect. Such a smooth ride aside from the cosmetic situation. Hope you're putting it back on the road. Asanga is a great guy too.

Eh, Tyson, where were you a couple weeks back; before I bought the GS's (and new tires yesterday)? I could have picked these up at NALM.

The car is so mint aside from the rear end, but it was such a clean hit that the brunt of the damage was taken by the trunk lid. a month or two she will be back on the road again, and completely agree Asanga is a great guy I'm very glad to have purchased this car from him.

can those be stripped down to powdercoat them? what is the size of the hub that it needs a ring? you said you were unsure were to get rings from, do they require rings from secret squirrel or will a place like this do:

http://www.1010tires.com/hubrings.asp

would it be to much of an issue for you to take the tires off?

edit: o yea - they suck on the sedan, but i was like dayum fuzzle some replacement tl's, they are hot on the coupe. doing a lil googlin', are these from 05'?
