60D is harder. 95A is roughly equivalent to 45D.

First of all thanks Alex for the input.

Yesterday I got my rear mount back from the company who did my poly suspension bushings.

Work we/they have done:
  • Molding form designed with Solid Edge => bolt hole is centered
  • old rubber was burnt out with flame
  • casting was sandblasted
  • 3 component polyurethane
  • 60A shoreness
  • properly baked and cured

91-92 AT rear transmission mount

Finished product:

Small spots on the surface are left from the air bubbles.

I expect the 60A will be stiff for daily driving without extra vibration and I hope it'll last forever. Installation: soon...

Is the difference between 60a and 40a really that much? Really need to get this job done, just not sure which filler i will use due to vibration.

Did I miss something? Im making mounts for everyone now? How the hell am I dragged into this all the time? I havent been posting as much for good reason. All this bickering and non sense needs to stop, on all ends. Christ, how old are all of us? LET IT GO. You guys dont get along, FINE, but leave me out of it, Ive let it go for a reason, I said my peace in Florida in a totally different thread and that was the end of it. You guys wish to carry on, thats fine with me, but please do it without me. Good Night.

just filled my mount with 60A there is noticeably more vibration in the weird 1.5k or 1.2k wherever that weird spot is lol but other then that there isn't enough vibration to worry about. It did help with shifting from p to d but not as much as I would like there is still a slight thrust when shifting to drive.
