Great stuff right here Really glad to have played a small role in getting that special 1993 L into some deserving new hands. Love that shot of the sedan + coupe together! Congratulations once again, and thanks for the test drive at NALM in Atlanta.

You had a significant role in terms of saving the sedan. Great to finally meet up with you!

I always enjoy watching an ActionJackson refurbished legend hit the streets. Are you entrusting this new legend to your daughter as well? Perhaps we should talk to Matt about flashing an ECU for her that retards the performance.

She didn't even have the guts to ask about whether or not I would be open to letting her borrow the car when she first realized we got it and hasn't since then either. I think she knows better.

Best news I've heard in a long time.

Our daughter was in for the Thanksgiving weekend and of course it did come up that my wife advised me that she wanted to borrow the car (sedan) to get, I don't know, a manicure or her eyebrows done.... I advised my better half that our daughter has proven to me that she can't drive a car.

She ended up taking my wife's car (2015 RAV4), which, by the way, if she would get into an accident then at least the insurance would come up with decent $$ as opposed to the sedan, which even in such great condition without a drop of rust, would be a total $$ disaster.

I talked with our daughter about the sedan and advised her that there were 2 reasons that I got the "new" sedan:

1/ to drive out to Long Island to visit grandma and grandpa and have a sedan they could easily be passengers when I took them anywhere (dinner, etc.) instead of the coupe

2/ So I could have a conversation with her about why she couldn't drive the sedan

Seems case closed for the time being. Wait until the semester is over in 2 weeks and she will be back home for any length of time but we're hoping she'll be too busy working in Manhattan and/or shuttling in between her Brooklyn apartment to have too much free time to goof off....

Glad to share the humor all around!

Truth can be stranger (funnier) than fiction - can't make this stuff up....

You can't make this stuff up - that's for sure!

I hope you are on the busline between home and the apt. That's the least risky approach for the time being.
