Here's the actual post from John1:

"I bought a slave cylinder for a 95 Prelude from Rockauto - it was $13 and I got more parts to reuse with the complete cylinder than with buying a rebuild kit for $9. At first I thought the entire thing would bolt right up, but it won't. It looks like everything from similar era Hondas used a transverse mounted engines with the clutch slave on the opposite side of the transmission and pushing on the clutch fork from the engine side instead of from the transmission side like the Legend does. This means the mounting lugs on the clutch slave are angled the wrong way. Otherwise they'd bolt right up. The only other difference is the bleeder isn't angled - it comes straight out. As it is, I popped the piston assembly out of the cylinder I bought and stuck it directly into my slave cylinder body after I cleaned all the crap out. The pushrod and pushrod boot also went right on. I had to run a drill bit through the bleed port to get all the crap out. It was really solid."

What is the best brand of 92 - 01 Prelude slave cylinder to purchase from rockauto prior to rebuild. Was browsing and noticed there is quite a few brands to offer... is it ok to use any brands slave or should you stick to one brand specifically ?

This was a great write-up btw thanks for sharing
