Great info! As a side note aftermarket front upper control arm bushings have different diameter than oem. That's my experience when we tested our product in various control arms.

Default Beam bracket bush

1999~2005 hyundai sonata bush.
part # 54584-38100

It need grinding at inner side but outer side is almost same.

We can use it for Radius bush too and It need some spacer washer..

wow... i will try this soon. thanks. just called my parts store.. they quoted me 10 bux each!!! 20 bux each at the dealer. If this works, thanks PHYSTEIN!!!

did you machine the diameter down too? i measure the legend part at 65mm.

No, I didn't.
I have just pressed it without grinding.
You need special tools to press bush.

You could easily take that much material out of your arm with a emery flapper wheel.



You could then set your new bushing with 680 green, bearing rated Loc-tite.




Trust me it won't come out unless you have a torch.

special tools needed = drill & hammer
