Thanks. Have not raced this engine yet in it's current form, so not sure what weaknesses that will reveal. The block is stock but modified, unless you mean the block as the basic engine.

We looked into putting the 3.5 crank into the 3.2 block as the class we race
allows 3500cc turbo. CAMS use a 1.7 multiplier/divider to determine engine capacity. CAMS engine capacity limit is 6 litres. So for a turbo/supercharged engine you are allowed 6000/1.7= 3529.4 cc's.

The 3.5 crank fits other than needing crank or block mods to suit the different thrust bearing location. The crank also hits when rotated. I need to look at and measure both a 3.2 and 3.5 block.

We finished tuning yesterday afternoon. 759.4 HP @7800 RPM and
582 FT-LB at 5400 RPM. Peak torque at 14.5 psi boost with peak power at
15 psi boost. Boost was rising slightly with RPM due to a wastegate flow issue.

CAMS= Confederation of Australian Motorsport.

I need to stop by sometime so you can drive the fully functional coupe. Itís safe enough for daily, but puts a big ol grin on my face when I let her go.

There generally isn't time in the schedule. We have a limited window of opportunity when using the engine dyno.

We had some fuel flow issues on the engine dyno, so decided on a mechanical fuel pump.

Haha, good! I always chuckle remembering "It's okay to romp on it just don't let up.... :::sigh::: yup, the belt jumps off."

Wanted to run the smallest alternator possible. Will run efi pump for prime/start and then turn it off. Will also give a longer run time on battery if alternator dies/ car gets hit and breaks alternator pulley, as happened at Finke Desert Race 2018.

Also, unless you have speed control on a large electric pump you will find the fuel is heated unnecessarily. We have PWM speed control on both fans and EFI/lift pump.
