Default Spark plug tube seals and valve cover grommets

Okay getting ready to place my order over at rock auto for all the seals/timing belt stuff/ignition stuff etc that I'm gonna tune up on the legend, but I had a few questions.

1. What are the Valve cover grommets and end plug? Why do the sets only come with 1 end plug and 4 grommets yet 2 valve cover gaskets and side cover gaskets? I see MOST valve cover sets don't offer them, I figure I might as well change them since i have the valve cover off so I'm opting to get the set that has them.

2. Why can't I find any spark plug seals? I tried looking for spark plug seals, tube seals, and rubber seals but come up empty handed. I know we have to have some type of seal there and I'm not gonna do a valve cover job and leave those (most likely) 289K seals in.

Any help is appreciated

1. There are 4 bolts (2 on each valve cover) that has a grommet. For the end plug, that is used on the rear valve cover at the end of the cam shaft. You'll see it once you have the cover off.

2. The spark plugs don't have any seals unlike the 4 cylinders, which they go through the valve cover. The spark plug holes are directly on the cylinder head itself.
