Smile Painting my Cobalt Blue Pearl Coupe!

I'm getting ready to paint my Coupe Cobalt Blue Pearl (B54-P). The whole car is being painted original color.

I have a few questions for the experts.
How much paint do i need?
What Paint Type and Quality to use?
Where to buy the paint? I found this place online: Carpaintonline.com has anyone ordered from them?
How to make sure the paint won't crack on plastic parts like bumpers and skirts.
Anything i should know about but did not ask?
Thanks.

What Paint Type and Quality to use? Ppg preferred and its not cheap but closest you'll get to oem quality.

How to make sure the paint won't crack on plastic parts like bumpers and skirts. Adhesion promoter.
Anything i should know about but did not ask? Prep is key and disasembling the car is key to avoid cracking and over spray
Thanks.

Flex additive and adhesion promoter for all flexible/plastic/rubberized parts.

Thanks for the suggestions!
One more question. I have already decided i am painting the body trims all around the car, but leaving the skirts and bumper lips black (original color).
What are your thoughts? I guess it would look almost the same since you can't really tell the trims are unpainted on this picture.

Tough call.. I love the painted trim look, but at the same time if those suckers get scratched it'll pop out like a sore thumb, or atleast that's how i'd imagine it.

Edit: Do it!

1 gal of base coat, 1 gal of clear coat, 1/2-1 gal of primer and 1/2 gal of sealer. I prefer DuPont personally. I would also paint the trim. Use a flex additive and a adhesion promoter, wash the parts with dish soap, then clean with DuPont first klean before filling any scratches.
