Default 3.5RL swap

it's not mine.
But I have reprogramed ECU with 3.2 ECU.
Fuel line and injector are all 3.5RL's so I have reprogramed all data.
Injector resistence are difference..

I know that AFR is too lean. But my innovate LM-2 's O2 sensor show good AFR about 13.1 .

3.5RL engine&tranny swap + OBX manifold + custom Y--pipe + CAI + magnaflow cat + 2.5" cat back + custom muffler + ECU by phystein.

Thought you guys needed a good laugh. Here's my $4k for less than 20 horses dyno. Green is pre-swap. Blue and red are post.

pre-swap 168.09hp 177.09tq
3.5 run 1 181.38hp 189.41tq
run2 184.78hp 189.52tq

My best run of the day was 187hp w/187tq I'm not sure if I got the sheet on that one or not, I went up later that afternoon because my stubborn ass wanted to spend more money and see if I could muster up some more ponies. Alex might have that best run on our comparison.
3.5 w/ 53k, 6spd, type II cams, type II im, cai, shitty exhaust, sr5guy chip and a lot of pretty paint.

Scans of my first dyno run. This is untuned (AFC-II set at zeros), with one piece CAI, EGR Blocked, Throttle Body coolant bypass, Gutted and gasket matched intake manifold, gasket matched and lightly ported exhaust side of the heads, ported exhaust manifolds, stock shitty Type I Y pipe, no cat, and 2.5" exhaust from Y pipe back to Hayame muffler. Complete A/C system deleted as well.

This dyno shows a nasty misfire at high RPM that we found was due to a vacuum leak and my a/f ratio being a bit off. These guys shut down their operation, so I need to find a new Dyno shop local to me. On that day it was raining and about 55 to 60 degrees. Summit County's elevation is around 1100 feet above sea level. This was on a Dynojet

Torque curve with air fuel ratio

Max horsepower and torque

Air/Fuel Ratio (terrible)

Since this dyno I have added a Type II ECU socketed with a Telion chip. Hopefully I can pick up one from Matt (SR5guy) soon and try his and dyno both, I am currently fabricating my 2" Y pipe while I'm swapping my drivetrain, interior, and suspension parts over to my new chassis. She should be on the road by March or April. I'm almost ready for paint.

Lets keep it on topic here. It's up to Christian, but this thread was meant strictly for dyno graph comparison.

Mike is right.

Although some replies here were very supportive, all non dyno posts were deleted including my own. Let's keep this thread strickly on topic.

Thanks,

New dyno record for me.
Here is the difference between the Mustang and Dynojet. Same tune same boost and same relative weather, 8 days apart. Around a 12.5 % difference.

High Tq on the Mustang was 378, Dynojet 411.

So what are the "official" numbers to beat for both FI and NA Legends, and what type dyno are we calling baseline? I can't even begin to compete with FI Legends, but knowing the best NA dyno would give me something to work towards..

Most Legends have posted dyno graphs using Dynojets. If someone want to use a different dyno, great but they'll be scrutinized if high and unsatisfied if much lower than what we’ve come to know using a dynojet.
Example; I used a Mustang dyno recently which is notorious for reading low. I said I would prove this by dynoing on the dynojet and did 8 days later. Roughly 12 % difference between those two particular dynos.

I have yet to see a higher N/A dynojet dyno than my summer 07' of 234whp 229wtq.

I have also just provided the F/I 499.74whp 411wtq.

Unless anyone else comes forward with something legitimate and higher, I have the great pleasure of owning both.

Land and Sea Dyno, 4300ft Elevation, 9psi Telion TT setup, Twin T3/T4 Turbos with AEM EMS, custom p&p manifold, TII heads, ported, Ported heads and a nice boost leak Though I am lower than I should be, at least I am now official.
