Default Feeler: Need painter in Sacramento area

I'm fed up with estimates in excess of $800 to repaint my hood in Cobalt Blue Pearl from all of the reputable body shops I get quotes from. I'm also fed up with having a dented, bowed hood on a car I've owned for over a year. So I'm looking for someone who knows what they are doing to help me out. I have a hood that does not need reshaping, all I need is a quality paint job put on it so I can bolt it to my car. Now this thread is a feeler, meaning I can't do this right away (unfortunately). I expect to have sufficient funding for this project by December or January perhaps. If anyone can help me I would really appreciate it, and I'd perform an awesome detail job on their Legend (or whatever car) in addition to payment. Let me know if there's any information anyone needs. Thanks!

I know! That's part of the reason for this thread. Shops are too expensive.
