Default Koni Reds for Legends fit?

My car is lowered on comptech springs and factory shocks right now. Has anyone bought the adjustable Koni Red's for the 91-95 Legend and had them put on the RL? I know that with some of the other shocks the Legend front forks have to be purchased for direct fit, but wasnt sure if these are any different.

I am not 100% on it, but, if my memory serves me correctly, in order to use any of the shock set ups from the G2 Legend, you need a set of G2 front forks. Im pretty sure Ivan or a few other guys that know for sure will chime in.

I have legend forks with the Ksports...I am going to say that they should fit, but I don't know if you'd have to custom make the seat for the spring or not.

They're practically a bolt on affair once you get Legend lower Forks.

They are pretty much straight forward.

The fronts will need the pinch fork and the spring perch from an oem Acura Legend strut. This is because koni designs the front shock to use the oem perch on its struts which come perchless.

After that then the front normal perch will be the same as the RL stock height.

The rears are a little different. WHile koni does send perches for the rears and they bolt up to the RL with no modification needed, when placed at the oem hight they make the rear of the RL taller than the Legend.

If I rember correctly it makes the rear sit about half an inch or so higher. you will need some machining to place grooves at the proper height.

theres some more info in this thread.
