Please help with oem stereo And usa spec hon
Hi,
I sant todo buy an iPod adapter for my oem stereo. I read that the Usa spec hon is great but I'm not sure if it works with mine. Could You help me? My oem stereo Last edited by Almotos; 04-25-2016 at 01:55 PM. |

Did your car came equipped with a CD player in the trunk? if so, you need to disconnect the connector plug from your CD player in order to connect your iPod connector. In other words, in order to connect your iPod connector you will have to disconnect your CD player.

I think it came with cd charger, but now when I bought it there is a hole where Cd charger would be.
I will have to discover how turn cd on at stereo |

Once you do that you will get power to your ipod and (hopefully) sound to your stereo. You will want have the stereo off when connecting the cables. Also... If you have the usa-spec pa11-hon2y then it won't work. The pa11-hon2y is for 2005 and newer I believe. (I fell for an ebay wrong listing and have one pa11-hon2y sitting on my shelf.) rich
