Default Front Upper Arm torque specs

Does anyone know what the torque specs and more importantly the angle is that you are supposed to install the bushing link that attach to the upper arm??? Once you tighten them they dont move and only flex at the bushing so this seems like a very important adjustment but I dont see anything at all in the HELM about installing these correctly. Anyone know?
