92 Shock Replacement

Hi All_Sorry if this is duplicating old posts. The front original (160K ) shocks on my 92 baby finally collapsed. I can getAPI or PRT replacements but these seem lower quality (?). One group thread says I can use RL's and then could get KYB, but I think I have to change forks?? Any suggestions. Thanks! Gary

Correct, Legend specific shocks are very hard to find these days. I am not familiar with API or PRT, but if you want to keep Legend specific shocks, you pretty much have to use whatever you find. RL shocks with RL forks in the front seem to be what most people are doing these days.
