Both O2 sensors and EGR Lift valve.

Code 2, 12, 41

I'd go for the EGR Valve first.

I just changed both o2 sensors last year. I will pull the intake and clean it.

I think you know this, but the EGR Lift valve code is not a flow error. It means the EGR lift sensor doesn't detect the diaphragm lifting.

Our cars don't have flow detection on the EGR, that's why we have them clog up completely without us knowing.
