Why the rack modification?? I understand with turbos etc to get more room, but your setup fit anyways. So why swap out the legend steering rack?

Just something to do, all the Legend racks I had were already shot. The big reason was that a group of us found 4 JDM S2k racks for cheap, and I wanted to do those better than the original diy. I had one of those too, but switched to the Accord rack recently. I thoroughly enjoyed the responsiveness on the mountain. Pretty much point and shoot steering, loved it.

It was great to see your "super" Legend at Maggie Valley. I hope you'll be bringing her to the Acura Corral in October.

We may be able to swing going to the Corral. I should have given more rides. But at least I got to put a huge grin on Wills face when I dropped it into second. Lol

Hmm I just can't "enlarge" this picture on the work computer. Time to do some tablet "research"! From what I can make out you went to an even further extent cosmetically to match the functionality than I was thinking/envisioning! Mad props to you sir from the Mad Scientist!

Everything been running good? Reliable? How many miles you putting on her per year?

Looks OEM from this viewpoint!

She runs pretty good for the tune. Struggles with cold idle but thatís because iacv had to be blocked. Iím sure with a full standalone it would be a different story. Two trips to FL, one to Maggie valley, one to Blairsville GA since 2018? She only gets the long trips and a few cruise in weekends a year. After a long day of ripping clutch starts to give, but thatís after raising a lot of Cain.
