NALM 2017 Sacramento Registration Information- Event dates June 6th-11th.

Registration is now open for the Sacramento NALM 2017 event. Go to this website and complete the Google Document:

Registration includes: Coverage for the 5th Annual Sac BBQ Meet, really really nice shirt (new design), awards and prizes, lanyard w/name badge, NALM sticker and key chain.

The main points of the form are:

• $85 Registration fee w/$35 Guest Fee (includes name tag and key chain, no shirt, no sticker). Under 13 are free.
• $5 for extra stickers.
• Registration deadline is June 1st, 2017. If you want a shirt May 16th is the deadline.
• Registration fee is non-refundable (we’ll mail you your stuff).
• No partial registrations.

Note: Dragstrip fees not included. Car and driver is $20 and $8 for spectator admission along with the option of $5 for spectators pit parking. Parking available outside the dragstrip.

La Quinta Inn in Sacramento, Ca on Jibboom Street. Contact the hotel directly @ (916) 448-8100 or their group desk @ 1 (800) 642-4239, option 1 and ask for the special rate for Acura Legend Owner's to make your reservation for $79/night rate. Reservations must be made no later than 5/18/2017 in order to receive this special rate.

Hotel Highlights: Free HOT breakfast, free Wi-Fi, Exterior hallway rooms, pool, gym, washer and dryer in lobby, meeting room, great location w/easy I-state access for all NALM activities. Don't wait until the last minute: make your reservation NOW. You can always cancel with no obligation by cancelling with enough prior notice. Check the hotels cancellation policy when making your reservation.

NOTE: All cars are welcome to attend the 2017 Sacramento NALM (with paid registration). The only requirement is to be an
Acura Legend enthusiast. Car judging and any car awards will only be applicable to Acura Legends.

Early Morning Arrivals/ Hotel Breakfast/ Car Wash & Detail/ Meet & Greets/ Free Time

1 PM
Group Lunch at Local Eats and photo ops

4 PM- 9 PM
Roll in starts at Sacramento Raceway. Amateur night- open to Public. $20 Drag Entry. $13 for spectator and car parking. cheaper if parking your car outside of raceway
Bracket racing starts at 7 PM
***Attendees May leave early and explore the city***

Thursday-6/8/2017

6 AM- 9 AM
Hotel Breakfast and prep (gas fill up) for Lake Tahoe Mountain Travel (estimated 200 miles round trip)
Starting Drive up I-80 freeway
***leaving no later then 9 am***

12 PM- 2 PM
Group Lunch in Lake Tahoe. On Lake Tahoe shore.

2 PM - 3 PM
Photo ops and prep for drive back to Sacramento

4 PM
Start drive down Historic Route 50 towards Sacramento

7 PM
Estimated time to arrive to Hotel/ Free Night/ Sleep (Fun Twisty Drive will leave you exhausted)

Friday- 6/9/2017

6 AM- 10 AM
Hotel Breakfast/ Wash and detail cars/ prep for dealer day

11 AM
Elk Grove Acura Dealer Day/ Photo Ops/ Staging for judging

12:00-ish -2 PM
Pass out judging cards and critic cars for Categories

2 PM
Head out towards Group Dinner-
Local Eats- Squeeze Inn. featured on Food Networks- Guys Fierri's show- Diners and Drives

5 PM
Free Night/ cruise to local car meets in the area- Hosted by James

Saturday-6/10/2017

6 AM- 10 AM
Hotel Breakfast/ Detailing cars- prep for BBQ

11 AM
Roll in begins for the 5th Annual Sacramento Legend BBQ

12 PM- 3 PM
Staging for photos/ meet and greets/ Catered eats and drinks (no charge)/ swimming available on site/ Location is a where 2 of the largest rivers in Sacramento meet (American River & Sacramento River)

3 PM - 5 PM

Hotel Conference room for raffles and awards from Dealer day/ Free Night/ Early Departures

Sunday-6/11/2017

6 AM- Check out
Hotel Breakfast/ Last Car Wash and departures to take place

Ground team, can we get the arrival and departure dates?

It's not clear whether arrival is Tues 6/6 or Weds 6/7. The other thread says Weds 6/6.

And is the last day of activities 6/10 and 6/11 is just departure?

This information is important for hotel booking.
