Default ABS accumulator

Looking for functional ABS/ALB accumulator (part number 57070-SG0-801) from either 4D KA1, KA5, or 2D KA3. Thanks,

You might try Amayama.com

But I suspect even if they have one it will already be bad, or on the verge of going bad.

The problem is that the rubber diaphragm deteriorates with age, and there is no way to replace it.

I finally gave up and got a machine shop to make an adapter so that I could use an accumulator from the 2nd generation Legend:

Thanks! However I can't see the pics on your thread? Great initiative though.

The accumulator costs about 300$US shipped to Canada. If that is the only option for a dated system to work as it should, I would consider getting rid of it.

I'm very curious to know more about your setup.

You may have to login to be able to view photos.

Any accumulator should work, you just have to take both to a machine shop and get them to machine an adapter with the top just like your original, and the bottom made to attach to your alternate.
