^ u got more pics of the new bushings?? i'm probably gonna order a set as well on monday. i just pulled the mount bracket thing off my parts car, its actually in good shape unlike on my coupe its cracking.
u can actually see right away when u look at the car sitting there, and i noticed this earlier, the pass side control arm assembly hangs down more then the driverside, i checked em out and the pass side is def all cracked. i too am wondering if filling a decent mount will help it stay stiffer and last longer. maybe this will work too

filling the little gaps will make it stiffer laterally, which should stabilize the lower control arm and controlling the toe in/out under acceleration/braking, thus making the handling more precise.
We'll see what happens. Also, I bought aftermarket ones, but after lookin at phystein's pix i think you will have better results with the original ones from the hyundai dealer.

60 degree at my best knowledge. Reuse the oem part that's the easiest way.

really?? it looks like a radius in that picture...
as for the original part, i am not using it. i bought bushings for the sonata which i will be modifying to make fit. i want to make sure i have the right tools before i take my bushings apart. my car is a daily driver. i need to finish this in 5 hours, so i need all the info possible. thanks

i didn't get a chance to throw in some sonata bushings but i had one that was broken, so i decided to try the poly in the meantime.
i know its sloppy but i got distracted and spilled some, lol ![]() ![]()

how is the ride? granted you have stiffer suspension.
I'm doing air suspension so I'm not too worried about having a hard ride, but reading what Matt said about the suspension having to move made me do a face palm because I was so eager to get these done I didn't even think about it. then again if you use a softer poly it might be closer to OEM, it still won't be the same but it should be better. Then we can do the Sonota bushing for a few spots but the other bushings I don't see how it could work, they stick out each end so it's not like we can just poor it in..............*^(&*%$*^&^!!!!!!!
