The following list contains items that are easily accessible and could be easy to replace with the engine out of the car...

Distributor Rotor (2.5) - 30103-PH7-006
Distributor Rotor (2.7) - 30103-PL2-006

Items you should replace...

Motor Mounts
Front Mount - 50800-SK2-010
Rear Mount - 50810-SK2-010 (MT)
Rear Mount - 50810-SK2-981 (AT)
Passenger Side Mount - 50821-SD4-505
Lower Rubber Insulator - 50815-SD4-000 (MT)
Lower Rubber Insulator - 50815-SD4-980 (AT)
Auto Trans Mount/Insulator - 50855-SG0-980

Cooling System
Thermostat - 19300-PL2-004
Thermostat Gasket - 19305-PL6-000
Bypass Hose - 19504-PH7-000
Heater Hoses
79720-SD4-000
79721-SD4-000
79725-SD4-000

All those little Water Hoses (2.5):
19522-PH7-000
19523-PH7-000
19524-PH7-000
19525-PH7-000
19526-PH7-000
19527-PH7-000

All those little Water Hoses (2.7):
19522-PL2-010
19523-PL2-000
19524-PH7-000
19525-PL2-000
19526-PL2-010
19527-PL2-000

Oil Cooler Hoses
Inlet - 19422-PH7-010
Outlet - 19423- PH7-010
Oil Cooler Pipe Hose - 19424-PH7-000

O2 Sensors
Front O2 Sensor - 36531-PH7-305
Rear O2 Sensor - 36532-PH7-003

Gaskets
You should also consider removing the intake manifold and throttle body and giving them a thorough cleaning...

If so, you'll need:

2.7 Manifold Gaskets (to heads) - 17105-PL2-003
(This item is apparently no longer available for the 2.5 through Acura...you'll have to find a suitable aftermarket replacement)

2.7 Bypass Valve Gaskets - 17121-PL2-S00

2.5 Upper to Lower Manifold Gasket - 17121-PH7-661

Inspect the condition of the Crack Cylinder Sensor (camshaft/TDC sensor) and replace it if needed:
Crank Cylinder Sensor - 37840-PL2-026

Also inspect the gaskets on the new engine...particularly the Valve, Side, and Oil Pan gaskets for any obvious leaks...

Valve Cover Gasket - 12341-P0G-A00
Side Cover Gasket - 12332-PH7-003
Oil Pan Gasket - 11251-PH7-000

Drive Belts
Compressor Belt - 38920-PL2-013
Alternator Belt - 31110-PH7-013
Power Steering Pump Belt - 56992-PL2-003

Of course these things don't HAVE to wait until an engine swap...if you have to replace one of item in a group (like all those little cooling hoses) all its neighboring items are all probably about the same age and in similar condition so you might as well go ahead and replace them all to save yourself from having to go back in there and do it again in a few weeks or months...

Let me know if I left anything out!

Felt I should throw this in here.

Copy of the recall page for the C27 ignitor. I have had mine replaced by the dealer when the recall was issued to the original owner, there was a tiny dimple above the H on the firewall. Look for this, and also notice the difference in shape of the original and replacement ignitor.

+1. My Honda dealer says they "Can't perform Acura warranty services because they are not an actual Acura dealer."
