Congrats on the vintage plate!
  I wanted to see about one for BOTH my Legends in 2019 and was told a 25 year old car didn't qualify.  I vaguely recall the rep stating it was now THIRTY-FIVE YEARS  and so I was like that'll never happen. However just checking their current provisions you can get them at 30 years.  However it says the CANNOT be personalized so I'll be rocking a "regular" style plate for the remaining days for EEV, EEV2 and EEV3!

They pulled that "35 year" crap on me last year. This time I printed out the form from the state website that says "30 years".
