Default Coilovers or Lowering Springs

I am new here but I was wondering how to lower my 88 Legend Coupe.
Do really have to buy some lowering springs for a 90's accord? Thanks anything is appreciated

The Legend specific ones are getting incredibly hard to find. And since the Accord ones are readily available and can be modded to work, that is the easy bet

So coilovers would be the best bet. Get a good brand don't buy ff type 1 or ebay crap. Then you'll have to swap the tophat off with a legend one. Then to make the fork fit correct you need a 5mm shim to make the bolt pass through the dimple in the strut. I used some pipe and cut little off to see what fits. Buts that's all it takes to get them on. The brake lines won't match perfect but one bolt is good for the brake lines. If you have any questions feel free to ask
