So I recently bought a 1989 Acura legend coupe as my first car for $200. I got it running after putting in $500 worth of maintenance into it. Now that I got it running perfectly good, I've wanted to lower it. But I can't find coilovers or lowering springs online. So I've been wondering if there were any other cars that use the same or similar springs that I can use to lower the car without having to cut the springs or putting so much money into it (broke college kid).

PM if you are still looking.... I have Koni Struts, Eibach springs made for the car.

You can get a good set for 600 bucks but you have to mod 95-98 accord to fit my taking the tophat off and swapping it with the legend on and making a 5mm shim for the fork to sit right.

The setup I have were made for the car so they are a direct bolt on. Best way to go if you ask me. Since I 'm new I can not post in the classifieds but if anyone needs parts let me know...

Oh trust me I wish I couldve done that. But I have koni yellows adjustables with ground control sleeves.

We use the Ground Control sleeves and springs as well but for our race car. They are plenty adjustable. Don't have part numbers handy though.
