The day I got her from the dealership after I sold my tahoe
 off da lot then came 5%tint all the way around with 15% on the windshield   then my foglights Honda civic si wheels and this morning my side marker install  my damn phone

Looks clean...Is it legal to tint the front windows in Nevada?

Too funny, one day my nephew was driving over an freeway over pass.. A Highway patrol pulled us over cuz his tint. Said it was to dark and he happen to have a tint tester in hand...

Yeah I've "cheated" for my front windshield tint. Officially you can only have a 6"-8" strip on the front. I did the whole thing in the legal % the law allows. If they put a meter on it it would actually pass. So far its been since 2001 and never even questioned for it.
 If they ask me questions I'll ask them if they know where I can find another 20 year old dashboard in mint condition and then let them look at mine. The fine would be less than finding one and doing the work to get it out of that car and then back into mine.  Not to mention this tidbit from acuraoemparts.com 77100-SP0-A90ZA PANEL ASSY., INSTRUMENT *NH167L* ( GRAPHITE BLACK - May Have Been Discontinued ) 001 1994 LEGEND 914.73 (retail) 686.05 our price IF you could get one! hgeez:
