Is forevaLegends latest NA dyno the best, or do dyno differences throw it off? I think he said he used a dynopak? (Ill have to search..)
There are not many dynos around here, and I still do not understand how they all rate vs each other. |

Him and I have a overlayed dyno somewhere on here showing the difference between 3.2 & 3.5. The mustang dyno I use in town consistently shows 12% lower power reading than the dynojet I use. Ive proved that here on two different cars for that matter. I'm not familiar with where land & sea, superflow, dyno dynamics fall. The last two typically read low too. Dynojet is the most used of all the dynos. When dyno discrepancies come up, there's nothing like a 1/4 mile shootout to shut up the critics. Nobody here really has anything they could say. Old board has a dyno thread too with additional old dynos. ~Dv8

16 psi at the highest and yielding 485/392 wheel power on the mustang dyno.
12%+ dynojet conversion puts me at about 543/439 wheel power. Flywheel(BHP) power estimated @ 18% drive train loss off the dynojet figure put it at 641/518 BHP! E85 Mustang dyno. Low boost 91 pump gas before(dotted line)/ E85 After(solid line) ![]() High boost E85 16psi ![]() ~Dv8
