I assume you need help with this?

Why are you changing the seals?

Are you doing it with the engine in or out of the chassis?

Are you doing it with the heads on or off the engine?

To the OP these are all valid questions. I'm going to guess its due to some oil blow-by when taking off after sitting a while or upon initial starting of the car or in a few more "involved" cases some blue smoke while driving. While your at it you might want to look at changing most if not all the other gaskets as well. IF the heads are already off the engine (and if not you'll be removing them I'm sure) then replacing the head bolts are a suggestion that some are insistent that you do but others aren't quite so insistent. I replaced mine as my technician was pretty adamant about it. Those bolts now may be the priciest part as the seals are inexpensive and the plethora of gaskets if you get a kit (seals can be part of the kit) can be found at a pretty reasonable cost. Oh and the head bolts are available for a NUMBER of Honda manufactured vehicles you just have to get 16 (yep a bunch) of them.
